Preparing for launch…
To ensure a successful launch and to build learner engagement, the AND Digital and HowNow teams worked on a collaborative implementation. Tara explains: “This involved lots of consideration around communications and building engagement. A couple of months before the platform went live, we launched an internal comms campaign to let our ANDis know that something big was coming. This included video content to explain the benefits of HowNow and promote its value.”

AND Digital has evolved its onboarding from a traditional week-long induction to a single, high-impact learning event. This shift ensures new joiners integrate faster, accelerating connection-building and speed to competence.

HowNow hosts and curates a large bank of internal content (+1,300 pieces), including consultancy best practices, opportunity highlights, lightning talks, and panel discussions – all of which are personalised by role and mastery level. This targeted approach has increased content engagement and consultant capability, driving faster expansion and diversification of consulting services.

AI Ignition Programme
AI upskilling is critical to AND Digital’s future success. To support this, the AND Academy launched a company-wide ‘AI Ignition’ learning programme in 2025. More than 80% of the company’s workforce has now engaged with this content and these employees are on track to complete the programme in Q1 2026.
Thanks to HowNow’s intuitive LXP capabilities, flexible editorial tools and access groups, the AND Digital team has been able to seamlessly stagger content — moving from writers, to editors, and beta testers — before rolling out to the wider business.
The team has also used HowNow’s built-in analytics to monitor adoption of ‘AI Ignition’ in real-time, identifying exactly which learners need more support, and when. The ability to mix SCORM files with native content is also helping to scale highly interactive experiences without technical friction.
HowNow also fits into the team’s daily workflow: “The seamless Slack integration allows us to launch, announce, and provide access to content right where our people work. It’s become a daily habit for over 600 of our ANDis.”
